As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring the highest quality standards across our business. You will collaborate closely with our QA team, ML and product teams to ensure we’re delivering an exceptional product to our customers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take on a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that support our AI models and applications. Our tech stack is mostly serverless-based using AWS Lambdas and Fargate (python), with CDK and GitHub actions for CI/CD, DynamoDB and Redshift, and Svelte (typescript) + SST for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of scalable and high-performance software systems.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced machine learning models tailored to specific industry needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand domain requirements, guide junior engineers, and ensure the successful deployment of high-performance AI systems.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a lead role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to translate business needs into compelling product offerings that meet our customers’ demands.
